The program included a tour of the plant, a demonstration of equipment and a presentation on personnel training.
The delegation of RusHydro visited the Moscow production site. The purpose of the visit was to discuss issues of cooperation on the integration of ERSO technological solutions into new and existing energy projects.
ERSO Commercial Director Konstantin Bochkarev told the guests about the company's key projects, customers, and manufactured equipment.
Representatives of RusHydro were interested in the presentation of Mikhail Alpatov, Deputy General Director for Service and Diagnostics of PK HK Elektrozavod JSC. In his report, the speaker detailed the topics of repair, installation supervision, diagnostics, rigging and other types of services provided by the ERSO holding.
Maria Enikeeva, Master of Software at the Training Center of the Ufa Transformer Plant, spoke about the training program. The guests became interested in the holding's initiative to form a professional reserve from the moment of graduation from school to the employment of young specialists at the enterprise.
Aleksey Kozyrev, Head of the Occupational Safety and Health Department, demonstrated slides of a game he had developed to improve labor protection. According to the author's idea, the novelty will not only allow employees to better assimilate the information received, but will also become a good tool for analyzing the quality of safety for ERSO employees.
After a series of presentations, an excursion to the Electrozavod was organized for the RusHydro delegation. The guests were shown around the workshops and shown the full cycle of equipment assembly. The visitors were especially impressed by the test center of the production site.
