ERSO welcomes graduates of Moscow colleges

Meetings were held in Moscow between representatives of the ERSO holding and teachers from specialized educational institutions.
A presentation of the profession "electrician for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment" was held at the college KADR No. 26. The issues of creating opportunities for student practice and employment of graduates at the Moscow production site were discussed with the administration of the educational institution. In the meantime, a decision has been made to organize an excursion for KADR students to the Electrozavod.
The next meeting was held with the leadership of the College of Architecture and Construction No. 7. The parties discussed a number of issues related to educational activities. ERSO employees prepared a presentation of the specialty "welder" for the students.
The meetings were held as part of the Employer's Day, organized by the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow and the Career Center.
ERSO holding pursues an active policy in the field of training production personnel, cooperating and expanding partnerships with universities and colleges in Moscow and the Republic of Bashkortostan.
