Innovative transformer ERSO will be installed at the Nagayevo substation

The equipment was ordered by BESK Engineering. In total, the holding will supply two power transformers to the Nagaevo substation.
The new model transformer developed by the ERSO design bureau will be installed at the Nagaevo substation, located in the eponymous district of Ufa. Within the framework of the concluded agreement, the holding company will supply and install the equipment.
“The new transformer has reduced weight and dimensions without losing its efficiency,” said Leonid Khokhlov, director of the Ufa Transformer Plant. – This was achieved thanks to the innovative approaches that the employees of the design bureau of the ERSO holding applied in their work. Thanks to the well-coordinated and teamwork of UTZ employees, the supply of transformers to the substation is carried out ahead of the contractual deadlines.”
Substation "Nagayevo" is currently undergoing reconstruction. Two old 16 MVA transformers will be replaced by more powerful TRDN-40000/110 manufactured at the Ufa Transformer Plant.
