The holding stand was visited by the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov.

Ufa hosted the federal stage of the All-Russian Job Fair “PROFfest. Russia's work. Opportunity time." Leading employers in Bashkiria, including BESK, Bashneft, Gazprom, UMPO, Transneft Ural, ERSO, and other companies, have submitted almost 8,000 vacancies.

At the stand of the ERSO holding, applicants were told about the benefits of working in the electrical industry and career prospects. The head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov also became a visitor to the stand. He noted the dignity of the social package that ERSO provides to its employees. Representatives of the company, in turn, invited the head of the region to a production tour.

“There are a lot of young people on this site today. The guys who complete their studies will have to make one of the main choices in their lives,” Radiy Khabirov addressed the visitors. — Bashkortostan is a region where you can live with dignity and work in various fields. In terms of the labor market, we have reached a record low unemployment rate. Therefore, I appeal primarily to young professionals - I wish today to learn more about our republic and make the right decision about employment.”

Today, job vacancies are in trend, so the organizers relied on them.

“Globally speaking, our country, our republic is entering an era of struggle for labor resources. This is the most difficult task right now. Enterprises are developing, jobs are appearing, there are good salaries, but there are not enough labor resources. This will be our main struggle and competition,” the head of the region also noted.

This mission is shared by the ERSO holding. It invests resources in the development of young specialists and popularizes working specialties. Thus, the holding is developing the ERSO University project, within the framework of which, in cooperation with leading colleges and universities, the company is raising a new generation of electrical and power engineers.
