ERSO became a participant of the "Elevator to the Future" shift

The Sistema Charitable Foundation launched the Lift to the Future shift at the Okean Children's Center. It was attended by representatives of ERSO, who gave a lecture to schoolchildren about the possibilities of the holding.
The purpose of the shift is to study the market of promising professions by schoolchildren, holding meetings with business experts and thematic classes with employers.
Elena Khairetdinova, head of the ERSO staff training and development center, told the children about the production of electrical equipment and the unique professions in this industry - assemblers and winders. She also introduced the shift participants to the benefits of employment in the holding, on-the-job training opportunities and explained what kind of specialists ERSO needs.
“ERSO participates in such events in order to constantly work with a potential talent pool,” said Elena Khairetdinova. — The children were sincerely interested in our holding, they asked many questions, including about plans for the further development of ERSO. I saw a response from teenagers and their genuine interest.”
The “Lift to the Future” shift at the Okean children’s center is being held for the second time as part of the flagship project of the same name by the Sistema Charitable Foundation and the MTS digital ecosystem. In addition to thematic shifts for schoolchildren, the Lift to the Future educational platform offers mentoring programs, internships and internships from Sistema's partner companies.
