ERSO took part in TrudFest
The festival of youth employment TrudFest was held in the Ufa park of culture and recreation Pervomaisky.
The event was attended by leading companies of the Republic of Bashkiria: MTS, Gazprom, UEC-UMPO, Rusjam, Otkritie Bank, ERSO electrotechnical holding and others.
Representatives of the ERSO holding told young people about vacancies in the company, the benefits of working in the transformer production and the requirements for potential employees.
As noted by Anna Smirnova, chief specialist in recruitment and adaptation of personnel at the Ufa site of the ERSO holding, today, in connection with the expansion of production, young specialists are expected to join the team.
“Now we have open vacancies for assemblers and winders of transformer coils - these are unique and promising professions,” Smirnova said. — We are interested in recruiting young people and are ready to train them. To do this, the company has a mentoring institute. With the development of skills, wages also increase. Recently, technical specialties are becoming more and more in demand, so we attract young people, so to speak, we are raising a new generation of electrical engineers. Events such as TrudFest open up new opportunities for us. At the event, we not only talked with applicants, but also told schoolchildren about our company. I think that such a format can help the younger generation take the right step in choosing their future profession.”
