ERSO and LOESK signed an agreement on strategic partnership at SPIEF

On the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Alexander Trishin, President of the ERSO Electrotechnical Holding, and Andrey Demin, General Director of JSC LOESK - Electric Grids of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, signed a cooperation agreement.
The document provides for the establishment of strategic partnership relations, interaction in the field of application of the holding's products, development and implementation of joint research projects.
The main directions and forms of cooperation between the companies include the supply of transformer-reactor and switching equipment, relay protection, automation, commercial electricity metering for the needs of JSC "LOESK"; the provision of services related to the maintenance of previously delivered equipment, the implementation of installation work and repairs; conducting inspections of existing equipment, providing technical reports on the assessment of the residual life, issuing recommendations; design, coordination, acquisition, construction and installation work of objects of the power grid complex of JSC "LOESK" on a turnkey basis.
JSC LOESK is one of the leaders in the field of providing electricity to consumers in the north-west of Russia. The signing of an agreement between ERSO holding and LOESK is an important step in the development of the electrical business, which will expand the holding's capabilities and strengthen our position in the market,” said Alexander Trishin.
“Over the past years, we have been adhering to the policy of import substitution and actively cooperating with domestic enterprises. Our company has already reached the indicator of 98% of domestic equipment used in production activities. We have a long-standing relationship with the ERSO holding, our facilities already use equipment and components from the manufacturing plant. The signing of the agreement will give a new impetus to our fruitful cooperation, which is aimed at improving the efficiency and reliability of energy supply to consumers in the Leningrad Region,” Andrey Demin commented.
