At SPIEF-2023, ERSO and Rosseti Kuban signed an agreement on strategic cooperation

Today, at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Alexander Trishin, President of the ERSO Electrotechnical Holding, and Boris Ebzeev, General Director of Rosseti Kuban, signed a partnership agreement.
According to the document, the parties will develop scientific and technical cooperation in the development and implementation of innovative competitive technologies to improve the efficiency of the electric power sector in the face of sanctions pressure and limited access to foreign technologies.
As Alexander Trishin, president of the ERSO holding, noted, the parties are already implementing a number of projects aimed at ensuring the energy security of our country.
“The agreement with Rosseti Kuban has become another important step in our joint work. I am sure that the products and services of the ERSO holding meet the high requirements of Rosseti. I believe that our cooperation will make a significant contribution to the development of the energy infrastructure in the south of Russia,” said Alexander Trishin.
“This agreement opens up new areas of cooperation for our companies. Last year, we implemented a joint project for the reconstruction of the largest power supply center in the capital of Adygea - the Cheryomushki substation. We intend to continue cooperation in the field of construction and modernization of power grid facilities in the south of Russia, which will improve the reliability and quality of power supply to our consumers,” said Boris Ebzeev.
The document was concluded for a period until the end of 2025. During this period, the companies will carry out work that will improve the reliability and efficiency of power supply by optimizing, modernizing and transforming production processes, introducing new digital solutions and technologies.
