ERSO on the same track with the champions

The USPTU partner team, with the participation of the ERSO electrotechnical holding, won first place in the II International Winter Games in Bashkortostan.
Schoolchildren, students and teachers, employees of more than 30 USPTU partner companies, as well as high-ranking athletes participated in the prizes of the ski race.
Sport brings together the best in the world. Ski races with the participation of foreign students are another proof of this. For young people from Angola, Egypt, Yemen and other countries, this is an absolute exotic.
The idea to organize competitions of this level came a year ago, when students from the Ufa State Petroleum Technological University who came from warm countries saw snow for the first time and decided to master a new sport.
Other residents of Bashkiria also decided to support the foreigners. Pupils, students, teachers got on the ski track. USPTU invited honored masters of sports, winners and medalists of the Olympic Games of different years. The partner companies of the university joined the race.
ERSO Electrotechnical Holding was represented by Process Engineer Ilnur Kiekbaev. Thanks to Ilnur's decisive run, the team of partners took first place in one of the races.
As noted by the General Director of the Ufa plant of JSHC Elektrozavod (part of the ERSO group) Petr Kamnev, ERSO is aimed at developing cooperation and participating in interesting socially significant projects in the republic. The holding has already signed a number of agreements with flagship educational institutions in Ufa. Education, ecology, culture, sports are the areas that the company always supports.
The winners of the competition also became: the team of the Ufa fuel and energy college, the team of Central Asia, the team of the administration of the Ordzhonikidzevsky district of Ufa.
