ERSO creates a new level team

Today, the ERSO holding unites more than 1.5 thousand people; these are people of different professions, ages and mentalities. Moreover, in order for everyone to feel confident in the team, to be able to realize themselves and get professional growth, a high level of management is required. The holding invites experts and coaches to work with management, and develops its own development programs.
So, for several months now, training on the development of managers has been held at the Ufa production site. The program consists of 15 consecutive modules aimed at continuous improvement of managerial and professional competencies. Classes are held in the format of trainings, in which the group works out practical cases with interest. Managers have already attended trainings on the following topics: “The role and functions of the leader, delegation. Setting goals and evaluation for the period. Regular management practice”; "Management analysis"; "Operational team management, feedback and motivation"; "Leadership and Human Resources"; "Negotiation".
According to the participants of the trainings, this is a great opportunity to look at yourself from the outside and analyze the effectiveness of your actions. Managers are already implementing many basic practices in their divisions and departments, and this brings good results.
