The future belongs to the young and promising: ERSO offers students the best conditions

Last week, a career guidance meeting was held at the ERSO production site in Ufa with students from the Ufa Engineering College.
The second and third year students were told about the history of the company, production processes, as well as the future of the holding. The shareholders plan to bring ERSO to the top of the world leaders in the production of electrical equipment, and, consequently, there is an additional need for qualified workers, in particular, it is planned to expand the staff of the Ufimsky plant. As part of the ERSO University project, the company cooperates with specialized educational institutions. Internship and internship programs have been developed for students. The best are hired after training. By the way, young people are paid for internships and internships.
I am glad that the stereotype of “working at a factory is not prestigious” is disappearing. Students of the Mechanical Engineering College examined the production lines with interest, and also paid special attention to the comfortable conditions in the workshops. The Ufa plant can be called the standard of modern production: high-quality equipment, automated processes, convenient logistics, and spacious, bright, clean and warm rooms.
As a result of the meeting, 40 students decided to choose the ERSO holding as their base of practice, many of them want to continue working at the Ufa Electric Plant.
