ERSO will sign an agreement with one more university of Bashkiria

New technological approaches and efficiency increase, training of highly qualified specialists. ERSO aims to develop Russian production in cooperation with leading educational institutions.

Electrotechnical holding ERSO signed a number of key agreements with leading universities and colleges last year. Among them are Bauman University, MPEI, as well as educational institutions of the Republic of Bashkiria: USPTU and Ufa Fuel and Energy College.

Recently the Ufa State Aviation Technical University joined the cooperation. After signing the agreement, the holding's professionals will start teaching at the Department of Electrical Engineering. They will develop unique courses and a teaching aid that will meet the latest in transformer engineering. The USATU nanospraying technology will make it possible to reuse all metal products.

A round table with the USPTU Academic Council has recently taken place at the Ufa site of the holding. Proposals for the production of a pilot batch of Konesev's multifunctional integrated electromagnetic components were considered. ERSO also supported the initiative to conduct research to improve the efficiency of power transformers.

Students of universities and colleges, with whom the holding cooperates, are frequent guests of the enterprise. They organize field trips. Many of the guys aspire to practice at ERSO and get a job in the future.

The agreements are also aimed at improving the skills of those who already work at ERSO. For their part, teachers help in compiling methodological recommendations for training, participate in the development of the theoretical component of courses for the workers of the holding.
