ERSO laboratory opened at USPTU

The grand opening of a specialized laboratory of general and theoretical electrical engineering took place within the walls of the Ufa State Oil Technical University. The ribbon was cut by the president of the holding, Alexander Trishin, and the rector of UGNTU, Oleg Baulin.
The laboratory is designed to train specialists for the electrical industry in general, and work at ERSO sites in particular. The room is equipped with modern computers with specialized software, simulation models, equipment for solving collective problems.
“We need both engineering and technical personnel,” said Alexander Trishin. — We are increasing the production capacity of the enterprise. In addition, it is planned to expand the product range, including in terms of secondary electrical equipment. So, for example, we are now planning to produce generator circuit breakers.”
UGNTU Rector Oleg Baulin, in turn, assured that the staff of the educational institution would make every effort to train qualified specialists.
“We orient students towards our partner companies,” Baulin said. “In the electrical and energy sector, the ERSO holding is our most important partner.”
The rector of USPTU also expressed a number of ideas for more effective training of students. Among them are the holding of joint administrations on a regular basis, the organization of olympiads in the areas of the electrical industry, etc.
