ERSO has manufactured a transformer for one of the largest substations in Russia

The equipment will be sent to the 750 kV Gribovo substation.

The AODCT-417000/750 autotransformer has been successfully tested at the ERSO plant in Moscow. He will go to the Volokolamsky district of the Moscow region. There is one of the largest substations in the Russian Federation in terms of total transformer capacity and in terms of the number of connections with a voltage class of 750, 500, 220, 110 and 10 kV - Gribovo. ERSO employees will supply, unload to the foundations and supervise the installation of the unit.

Gribovo substation was launched in 2012. It provides electricity to consumers in Moscow, as well as Volokolamsky, Lotoshinsky, Shakhovsky, Istra and Mozhaysky districts (administrative territories) of the Moscow region.

The substation is located on more than 29 hectares, its installed transformer capacity is 4552 MVA. During the construction of this facility, equipment was used that was specially designed and manufactured by specialists from the Moscow Electrozavod. About 30 units were shipped from the enterprise at the Gribovo and Dorohovo substations.
