"Leaders of the construction industry" - an open competition aimed at identifying and supporting leaders of organizations and enterprises in the construction and housing and communal services. The project is carried out under the auspices of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, relevant ministries and departments, industry institutes, associations and unions. In 2023, more than 12,000 people took part in it.

According to Kozyrev, the game was held at a high level. The main goal of the event was to demonstrate that the investment of resources in labor safety ultimately increases the profit of the company. Participants received points that were used to determine the winners of the competition.

The development strategy of the ERSO electrotechnical holding is based on the improvement of labor protection policy. The holding introduces new formats in order to increase the involvement and motivation of each employee. So, Alexey Kozyrev develops, among other things, the direction of training personnel in labor protection using gaming activities.

The Alaska Gold game helps participants to immerse themselves in the process, quickly make decisions that affect not only the efficient operation of production, but also the life and health of employees.

Alexey talks about this technique on social networks, and also managed to establish himself in the expert community. Kozyrev is invited as a speaker at leading events in the field of labor protection, including the Safety Culture forum, the Occupational Safety and Health exhibition, and the All-Russian Occupational Safety Week.
