Scientific and technical cooperation: ERSO and Profotech signed an agreement

The portfolio company of the RUSNANO group — JSC Profotech begins long-term cooperation with the holding.

As part of the agreement, a laboratory "Digital networks — digital substation" was created on the territory of ERSO. The main task is to create a center for the development of an innovative product line for the implementation of technical solutions in terms of digitalization of electric power facilities, both in Russia and abroad.

The companies will jointly develop platforms for microprocessor-based relay protection and automation devices, product lines for the implementation of digital substations, as well as a software and hardware complex for the automation of power facilities.

The priority is to carry out specialized research in order to develop information and technological systems (ITS) used at the fuel and energy complex, develop our own products for the implementation of projects for digital substations, including the organization of service.

— The ERSO holding plans to enter the international market with its integrated solutions, for which the Profotech products are the basis, — says the general director of the company Oleg Rudakov. — By combining the efforts and competencies of our companies, we will be able to offer highly effective digital solutions to international customers.
