Employees of AFK Sistema visited ERSO factories

As part of the #InsideSystem project, the guests were given excursions to the Moscow Electrozavod and the Ufa Transformer Plant.
The project was organized by the Sistema Charitable Foundation. The aim of the initiative is to introduce partner companies to each other. The participants of the excursions were employees of MTS, MEDSI, BESK, Bashkirenergo, etc.
The guests were taken to the workshops of the holding's industrial enterprises, where they showed all the nuances of assembling transformers and reactors - from steel cutting to testing at stations. Visitors heard stories about the history of factories, saw the work of assemblers and winders. ERSO staff answered all the questions of the tour participants.

“Our substations have transformers manufactured, among other things, by the ERSO holding,” said Yevgeny Litvinyuk, an employee of Bashkirenergo. — It was interesting to see how these machines are created step by step at the Ufa plant, the direct production cycle. For example, we saw with our own eyes the assembly of a transformer that we are waiting for at one of our substations.”
