“Cup of coffee with a VIP-person” is the name of a new format of meetings of the student community with people who have realized themselves in the profession, proposed by the energy holding ERSO.
The main task is to motivate and attract young and promising professionals, as well as provide tools such as ERSO University and Lift to the Future for the development of professional competencies.
Breakfast was held in the format of an open conversation, students asked questions of interest.
Topics raised in the conversation concerned the difference between generations, trends in education, and selection criteria for both employees and employers.
