JSC "Elektrozavod" shipped the reactor to the Leningrad NPP

JSC "Elektrozavod" has completed the shipment of the seventh phase of the shunt reactor to Leningrad NPP. Six phases have already been installed and put into operation. This made it possible to compensate for the reactive power during the transmission of electricity to the new water-cooled.

These reactors have a neutral with an increased insulation class of 110 kV, which is due to the peculiarities of the electrical network of the North-West region. The shunt reactor was successfully shipped to the Leningrad NPP. Both sides were satisfied with the results of the work done.
