2.0 technologies at ERSO production

ERSO University hosted a lecture on innovations in production: welding robots, machine vision and virtual reality.
Students of the Ufa State Petroleum Technological University attended the lecture "Perspectives of digital solutions at the transformer plant of the ERSO holding". The speaker, Candidate of Technical Sciences Pavel Khlyupin, told the audience about the technologies that are being introduced at ERSO production sites.
Among them are the production of digital transformers, automation of the assembly of small units, machine vision for quality control, the creation of digital twins, robotic wheeled platforms for transporting equipment, welding robots, virtual and augmented reality.
There was also a tour of the production site.
“I liked both the lecture and the plant,” Mikhail Fedulov, a student of USPTU, shared his impressions. — I'm here for the second time. I visited for the first time about two years ago and only glimpsed the production. In terms of technology and modernity, the plant greatly outperforms other manufacturing enterprises where I have been.”
