In addition, new business areas have already appeared in the Holding, which need to be replenished with a new generation of personnel. The educational sites of the Moscow State Technical University and the Moscow Power Engineering Institute will allow training personnel for an individual educational track based on specialized programs developed by universities in conjunction with industry experts. Therefore, students will be able to gain in-depth knowledge, participate in project activities and in solving urgent production problems, as well as participate in competitions and win educational grants, receive a scholarship, and most importantly - a guaranteed job in the future.
