16.02.2022
The second Case-championship "Systematics" has come to an end, young specialists who have not yet turned 30 took part in the championship. For them, this is a unique opportunity to systematize their experience and knowledge, to take a breakthrough step in their career by joining the corporate personnel reserve.
In total, more than 300 people from sixteen companies that are part of AFK Sistema submitted applications for participation. This year, cases of three companies of different specializations were offered: children's products, pharmaceuticals and logging, only 54 best participants made it to the final, who presented their final solutions to the tasks set before the jury. The jury consisted of the heads of the declared companies, as well as representatives of the HR departments.
According to one of the assessors (head of the department for training, evaluation and development of personnel of the ERSO electrotechnical holding) Tugushev Renat: "Systematics" was organized at the highest level, this applies both to the proposed cases and to the construction of the procedure for evaluating the results. The participants of the championship deserve special attention: young, enterprising, very pleased with their non-standard decisions of assessors both from the HR side and assessors from the business side.”
Design engineer of the first category of the production complex of the ERSO holding Ivan Lenev won the first place as part of the Unity team. Ivan's team solved the case of Segezha Group, the main goal of which was to write a company development strategy with a forecast for 2032 in the context of the transformation of the global economy under the influence of mega-trends: digitalization and ESG.
“Contests like this are great brain training. Working with people from different fields greatly expands my horizons and teaches me to look at tasks from different angles. I hope that it will be possible to slightly change the direction in professional activity, where knowledge in the field of technology and economics is necessary. It was difficult, but thanks to a strong team, from which I received new knowledge and support, the “difficult” became possible,” Ivan shared his impressions.
