Last week, Moscow Electrozavod was visited by representatives of the Moscow Department of Innovation Policy and the Department of Education and Science of the City of Moscow.

Officials assessed the site and included the facility in the Open#Mosprom project. The purpose of the project is to solve a special state task set by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin: to train specialists in blue-collar professions in the next five years. Open#Mosprom is designed to acquaint everyone with the work of the capital's industrial enterprises, show working conditions and popularize working specialties.

The mission of the project is close to the electrotechnical holding ERSO. For the second year the company has been holding events aimed at eradicating established stereotypes: “It is not prestigious to work at factories” and “If you study poorly, you will go to a factory!”. To do this, the holding improves the labor protection policy, provides decent wages and helps employees to unlock their potential and improve their skills. Today, ERSO employs the best Russian engineers, designers, assemblers, winders, and young people come to work at the factories. Popular bloggers are interested in the enterprise.

Within the framework of Open#Mosprom, in the near future, excursions to the Moscow site of the holding will also begin for schoolchildren of the capital. The test tour was evaluated by the representatives of the project themselves. They were shown the winding shop, assembly shop, test center. We talked about the training center. The guests were impressed.
