In the style of ERSO: classes are being modernized for Ufa State Petroleum Technical University students

The ERSO team met with the teaching staff of the Ufa State Petroleum Technical University. Within the framework of the cooperation agreement between the holding and the university, signed this fall, a specialized base department was created on the basis of the educational institution. Here classes are held both for children who study in specialized specialties, and for other students of the university.
ERSO plans to modernize the technical base, install additional stands and layouts for practical exercises, update the renovation of the auditorium, brand and equip the public space.
It is important that the knowledge gained at the department by young electrical engineers, engineers and designers can be put into practice.
Experts from the Ufa Transformer Plant (part of the ERSO group) advice children on scientific and research work, organize joint conferences, seminars, hackathons. ERSO brings together the best specialists in the industry and such a collaboration allows creating the best technical innovations, therefore, teachers are happy to come to production to evaluate how scientific developments receive an applied solution.
The focus of the holding is raising the prestige of professions in the electrical industry and the qualitative growth of specialists. In this direction, ERSO cooperates with the leading educational institutions of the country, within the framework of the ERSO University project.
- In Soviet times, there was a system for distributing students after completing their studies. I received my diploma and you already have a job, - said Yulia Rokotyanskaya, Deputy General Director for Human Resources of ERSO Holding.
- Now there are no practical programs of this kind, especially in the regions. And our company creates jobs and is waiting for young specialists to join the team.
