The Ufa Transformer Plant hosted an excursion dedicated to March 8, “Where does my husband, dad, son work?”.
The guests of UTZ were wives, mothers, sisters, and other relatives of the employees of the enterprise.
First, the women were introduced to the theoretical part in the lecture hall: they told about the history of the holding, its production capacities, and output. After that, they were taken to production. Walking through the shops and watching the work of assemblers, winders, crane operators, visitors (especially married ones) periodically released ironic remarks in the spirit of “now I know where my husband disappears.”
Zulfiya Yalalova, a senior master of industrial training, was responsible for immersing the visitors of the plant in the industrial atmosphere, she spoke in detail about all the nuances of assembling transformers.
“I liked the tour very much,” shared her impressions Elvira Mannanova, sister of the lead chief engineer Eduard Mannanov. — Surprised by the scale of production.
