Following the results of the student week by Mosprom, the holding conducted a tour of the site of the Moscow Elektrozavod and took senior students for a paid internship.
ERSO actively cooperates with the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the City of Moscow. The alliance enables students of specialized universities to immerse themselves deeper into the professional life of an electrical engineering holding.
During the excursion, the senior students were told about the history of the Moscow Elektrozavod (part of the ERSO group), which has been going on since 1928. The workshops showed how to create transformers and reactors. The guys were especially interested in the process of winding the coils.
— Student week has shown that we are growing up promising cadres interested in self-development and mastering modern trends, — says Alexander Prokhorov, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the City of Moscow. — The events were attended by 1.5 thousand people. As a result of the hackathon, four industrial enterprises of the city offered 50 students an internship, and after quick interviews, more than 40 students were invited to the second stage.
