Husbands, fathers and sons of the holding's employees visited the Ufa Transformer Plant in honor of the upcoming holiday.
Excursions for children "Where do my parents work?" have been repeatedly organized at the Ufa plant. However, before February 23, the format was changed - the husbands, fathers and sons of the holding's employees became the guests of UTZ.
Interest in the industrial enterprise from the representatives of the stronger sex turned out to be extremely high. The men were interested in literally everything: what material the windings are made of, how much the transformer weighs, how many liters of oil are poured into it, where the attachments come from, how the skeleton is mixed and much more.
The visitors were particularly impressed by the testing station, electrical steel cutting machine and shot blasting chamber. The guests expressed the idea that with such capacities, the plant could produce consumer goods in parallel with the assembly of transformers.
“Although men know or have an idea what transformers are, they were surprised that they can be so large and high-tech,” said Maria Enikeeva, master of industrial training at the UTZ ERSO training center.
On the eve of March 8, the employees of the training center are planning to organize a similar excursion for the wives, mothers and daughters of the plant employees.
