ERSO became a participant of the conference "Russian Energy: New Facets of Development"

Experts, representatives of government and business discussed the prospects for the development of the industry and successful cases of campaigns.
The event took place on April 5 in Moscow. The event was organized by the business publication Vedomosti. This year, the XV anniversary conference brought together more than 150 participants. Representatives of such large companies as RusHydro, Rosenergoatom, T Plus, Rusenergosbyt, En+ came to talk about trends, share experience, hear colleagues. Representatives of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, and the association "Council of Energy Producers" made their presentations. Alexander Osyka, a representative of the ERSO electrotechnical holding, also took part in the event.
The main topics of the event were new opportunities for the electric power industry in Russia, its import substitution and digitalization.
The participants spoke about the revision of approaches to the implementation of investment projects, the deep restructuring of processes and the creation of new business models, the reformation of the price zones of the wholesale market. And also about how the Russian industry is coping with the tasks.
“The power grid and generating companies of the industry, the System Operator of the Unified Energy System, note the need for further development of generating capacities and the corresponding distribution network, said Alexander Osyka. — So, at present there is a shortage of energy capacities for the full development of business projects. With this in mind, RusHydro plans to build a number of new power units, and Rosatom plans to further develop its energy structure. Given these programs, ERSO confirms the possibility of manufacturing the necessary components of these projects, both for transformer equipment and for the necessary electrical equipment.”
As a result of the discussion, the experts came to the conclusion that despite the high turbulence (pandemic, economic crisis, sanctions), the industry managed not only to survive, but also to develop new directions and projects.
