ERSO and Job Seekers together at PROFFEST

The career guidance event served as a bridge between job seekers and employers, bringing together school students, graduates of secondary and higher education institutions, as well as representatives of major companies and educational establishments.

The ERSO booth was an attraction point for job seekers of any age: the company’s job vacancies attracted interest from both early-career specialists and students, and seasoned professionals with years of experience. The representatives of the holding told visitors about promising career paths, professional opportunities, and the benefits of working at the company. Interactive electric power-themed games livened up the booth: visitors could solve a crossword puzzle, a picture puzzle, or charade to win cool ERSO giveaways, like branded keychains handmade by our specialists from electrical pressboard.  

PROFFEST is one of the largest employment platforms in Russia. This year's event in Ufa brought together over a thousand employers, who presented around four thousand job openings.
