Electrical engineering holding ERSO relies on advanced technologies

ERSO has signed a long-term agreement with a subsidiary of Shanghai Huaming Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (“Huaming”).

Goran Malbashich, CEO of the holding, Dmitry Sharovatov, CEO of the Elektrozavod site, Pyotr Kamnev, Director of the Ufa Transformer Plant division, and Huaming CEO Alexander Yatsenko, signed the document.

Under the terms of the concluded contract, as part of the delivery, Huaming Company will carry out warranty, service and maintenance of Huaming switching devices and authentic spare parts for them with on-site visits, as well as training of ERSO employees on equipment maintenance in its own training center and provide the necessary support.

According to Goran Malbashich, the use of equipment from a leading Chinese manufacturer, recognized worldwide and using advanced technologies, will significantly reduce the operating costs of the holding, as well as ensure higher reliability of the equipment produced.
– The undoubted advantage of our Partner, favorably distinguishing it from competitors, is the presence of its own spare parts warehouse in Russia and a warehouse of ready–made RPN devices (RPN - regulation under load), which gives us the opportunity to create our own consignment warehouse according to the agreed brands of RPN, - said Goran Malbashich. - In addition, our partner has organized a production site to change the technical characteristics of RPN and motor drives for the needs of the customer.

General Director of "Huaming” Alexander Yatsenko in his speech stressed that: “-When Huaming opened its representative office in Russia many years ago, it deliberately abandoned the dealer format of work in our country, opting for a subsidiary company. This makes any of our intentions towards customers more transparent and increases the level of responsibility, and gives partners understanding and confidence. I am very glad that the negotiations that have been held with the management of the ERSO holding over the past few years have ended with the signing of a cooperation agreement that is so significant for each of the parties," - said Mr. Yatsenko.
