Combining Power Industry with Science

Members of the young scientist club at the Eurasian Research and Education Center have visited the Ufa Transformer Plant.

The ERSO holding's Ufa site hosted the representatives from universities and research entities such as the Science and Technology University of Ufa, the Ufa Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and also employees from the real economy sectors.  

The visit schedule included a lecture telling the story of the holding and its business, and two tours - to a plant museum and the production site. Members of the young scientist club were introduced to the transformer production stages, had an opportunity to ask clarifying questions and discuss some operational features of transformer manufacturing with the plant employees.
