Charitable Foundation "Sistema" has identified the best projects of the program "Student - High School Students"

The jury also included experts from the ERSO electrotechnical holding.

34 school teams from 28 cities of Russia defended their projects in front of experts from Sistema Group companies in the finals of the Student for High School Students program. Based on the results of the final defenses, 8 best teams from 6 regions of Russia were determined.

The mentoring program "Student - High School Students" is based on the principle of continuity and inseparable connection "school - university - employer". At the first stage, under the guidance of the Lift to the Future team, students underwent intensive online training on the basics of project activities and project management, work with schoolchildren and soft skills. At the second stage, they took over the leadership of school project teams: they offered cases from Sistema Group companies and helped to come up with a solution, formalize it as a full-fledged project, and defend it in front of experts.

“The goal of our educational project Lift to the Future is to help young people find their own business and become successful in it. As part of the “Student to High School Students” program, schoolchildren and students from all over Russia got acquainted with real business problems, developed and launched project solutions, received developing feedback from business – Sistema Group companies and representatives of the largest universities in the country. On behalf of the Foundation, I would like to thank all program participants: students for responsibility and involvement, schoolchildren for in-depth study of topics and a creative approach to solving cases, and experts for a fair and detailed assessment of each project,” commented Larisa Pastukhova, President of the Sistema Charitable Foundation .

In 2022, 420 students from different regions of Russia applied for the first stage of the program, 241 of them, after training and selection, received a school project team under their supervision. At the end of the year, 96 pre-defense teams presented projects to experts from Group companies (companies that offered cases also evaluated solutions).
