A federally significant visit

The visit to the enterprise was held as part of working visit of Manturov to the capital of Bashkiria, the purpose of which was to get acquainted with key companies in the region and discuss the future expectations for the industry development.

At the Ufa site of the ERSO holding, the guests got acquainted with the main areas of transformer assembly and testing, as well as assessed the production capacity of the plant. Dmitry Pyrkov, Director of UTP shared historical facts about the ERSO holding, spoke about the main areas of activities of the holding and also shared plans for this year.

“Last year we coped with a new range of 330 and 500 kV. This year we continue to develop a new range, perform modernization of our production and testing station and will be ready to produce power transformers up to 750 kV and power reactors up to 750 kV by the end of the fourth quarter”, commented Dmitry Pyrkov, Director of the Ufa Transformer Plant.

Denis Manturov and Radiy Khabirov talked with specialists of the plant, discussed conditions of employment and the specifics of the electrical equipment manufacturing.

In addition to this, the plant became for one day a platform for demonstrating the achievements of the industry of the republic. Nine leading enterprises of the region presented their developments here: RPE BURINTECH, LLC Engines for Aviation, Technoprom, RPE RPD and others.

The First Deputy Prime Minister and the Head of Bashkortostan also took part in sending a humanitarian convoy with goods for the mobilized and volunteers participating in the special military operation.

“Today’s visit has once again confirmed that the Russian industry has a reliable rear”, summed up Denis Manturov. – Bashkortostan demonstrates how to organize the work: from a scientific idea to a production-line item, from student training to support for a long-service employee. We will scale this approach to the whole country”.
